We are seeking an experienced, results-driven E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor to lead our inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a diverse team, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency within our fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Inventory and Order Management: Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and cycle counting. Manage the efficient and accurate execution of order processing and fulfillment. Logistics and Returns: Manage returns (RMAs) process, ensuring timely and accurate inspection, documentation, and restocking or disposal. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries from the warehouse to multiple customer locations.
