Key Responsibilities: Educate walk-in clients and patients on available membership plans , their benefits, and value. Convert inquiries into membership enrollments through personalized consultation and persuasive selling. Follow up with potential clients to close sales and maintain a high conversion rate. Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable membership package. Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or clinic software. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs . Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure a seamless post-sale onboarding experience.
