Conduct preliminary interviews, skill evaluations, and coordinate technical assessments with department heads. Collaborate with department managers to craft accurate and compelling job descriptions. Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet production ramp-ups, seasonal demand, and new plant expansions. Promote the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector through career fairs, social media, and partnerships with ITIs, polytechnics, and technical colleges. Coordinate seamless onboarding processes, including documentation, induction programs, and compliance checks.
