Job Description

Guest & Visitor Management: Greet visitors and clients, set a positive atmosphere, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments. Communication: Answer phones, take messages, redirect calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Administrative Support: Maintain organized files and records, manage office supplies, perform data entry, and operate office equipment. Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and employees. Customer Service: Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve client complaints or feedback in a professional manner. Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
