Field HR Partnering: ï‚· Act as the first point of contact for HR matters at assigned stores/hubs. ï‚· Conduct regular store visits across Ahmedabad and Gujarat to interact with employees and store managers. ï‚· Build relationships with staff and provide on-ground HR support.
