Duties and responsibilities: ~Handling recruitment cycle and selection process on daily bases. ~Responsible for end to end recruitment. ~Preparing JD for open positions and float vacancies on different platforms. ~Managing all Onboarding processes of new Hire and maintaining accurate physical and digital records of employees and company. ~Plan and arrange Employee Engagement activity. ~Assist in HR Policy/Process Management and SOP Making. ~Vendor Management & communication for the office requirements ~Expense management, MIS reporting and other administration work ~Completion of HR & Admin work assigned by Reporting manager Requirements and qualifications: ~Any BBA Graduate or MBA in HR with proven experience in the HR & Admin domain. ~Must have good organizational skills with good problem solving behavior. ~Excellent in communication skills – Oral, Written ~Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT) ~Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply for this opening.
