Ditvi Exports Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting and compliance tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal applicant should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a background in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) . Prior experience in the export industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts. Maintain books of accounts using Tally or similar accounting software. Prepare and file GST returns , handle TDS payments , and ensure all statutory compliance. Generate and manage e-Way Bills accurately for dispatches. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow. Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly. Assist in monthly and annual closing of books.
