Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Hiring and Onboarding: Manage the offer process and coordinate with HR to complete all necessary paperwork and facilitate the onboarding of new hires. Data and Reporting: Maintain applicant tracking system data, monitor key metrics, and report on recruitment results.
