Designation – Senior Manager - Direct Taxation Experience Required – 6-8 yrs J ob Location- Delhi KRA - Responsibility to handle direct tax including corporate tax, transfer pricing, international tax Represent the clients in front of tax authorities for all audits, investigations, assessments, appeals Understand and respond to all technical queries related to direct tax Preparing tax return (Taking various positions on ICDS and IND AS) Track latest developments / changes in direct tax laws and its implications Meeting clients and looking for new opportunities Required Candidate profile: Chartered Accountant with good Knowledge of Income Tax Law Initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks independently Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work to deadlines Worthy oral and written communication & presentation skills Updated with latest amendments related to Direct Tax Laws
