Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime , including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L accounts . Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in accordance with government regulations. Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of junior accountants. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for audits and financial reporting. Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls. Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ; CA / ICWA qualification preferred.
