Job Summary: The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling all room booking inquiries, ensuring smooth reservation operations, maintaining guest satisfaction, and supporting the sales and front office teams to maximize room occupancy and revenue. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Reservation Handling Manage room bookings through phone, email, OTA (Online Travel Agents), and walk-in inquiries. Respond promptly to guest queries and confirm reservations accurately. Update daily room availability and ensure all bookings are recorded correctly in the PMS/Channel Manager. Handle group bookings, corporate reservations, and special requests efficiently. 2. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams regarding room status and guest arrivals.
