*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* *Job Title – HR Manager* *Years of experience* – 4 to 6 years *TSL’s offer *– up to 8 lakhs per annum *Your job responsibilities*, among other relevant tasks, shall include the following – Consistently motivate, manage and drive the HR team to meet the company’s overall people & OD objectives Align with business teams, Plan and execute recruitment strategy and activities to meet the targeted talent acquisition plans Manage end-to-end employee life cycle. Conceptualize and implement best practices in this area to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of execution, along with employee satisfaction Build and drive employee engagement thru out the ELC eg HR induction, company introduction, training sessions, first 3 month program etc. Consistent 1-on-1, by team or organization wide engagement sessions to keep them updated of managements vision for the company growth and plans Consistent 1-on-1, by team or organization wide engagement sessions to keep them updated of managements vision for the company growth and plans Create and implement HR processes and maintain accurate & up –to-date documentation of HR activities, employee details etc. Set targets and governance model for the HR team members, track, manage and review performance Align with and be involved with business teams to manage consistent performance, training, review and team motivation at all times Set up a consistent and timely monthly/quarterly performance reviews of individuals. Create review related documentation eg metrics, ratings, weighted average system, feedback mechanism and documentation etc. Manage the complete annual appraisal process. Create quarterly performance appraisal systems across the organization and implement a manageable process to track and analyze the metrics Manage the monthly payroll operations, along with Finance team. Manage the HRMS online system once it is implemented. Stay involved in the evaluation of the same. Create Rewards and Recognition plans and implement them consistently Drive execution of incentive and bonus program across teams Own and stay in control of all statutory compliances that are relevant to HR –eg Provident Fund, ESIC etc. Own and run the POSH committee at TSL with bi-monthly meet and maintenance of register etc. Oversee, manage and resolve any employee grievances and troubleshoot for solutions as may be necessary Constantly communication with employees across all levels and create progression path and visibility for performers Be responsible for employee retention and play a vital role in employee engagement Own and drive a consistent and effective training program for employees across functions such as execution, sales, Technology etc. Trainers will be from a pool of managers and senior SMEs and team leads.
