Key Responsibilities: ✅ Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding). Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning. ✅ Employee Relations & Compliance Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture. Maintain compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. ✅ Performance Management Implement appraisal systems and performance tracking mechanisms. Identify training needs and organize skill development programs. ✅ Payroll & Attendance Management Supervise monthly payroll processing and leave management. Monitor attendance systems and ensure timely salary disbursement. ✅ HR Policies & Documentation Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports. ✅ Admin & Safety Coordination Oversee general administration and factory HR operations. Support HR audits, safety, and welfare activities.
