Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc. Coordinate with the design and content team for product images, titles, and descriptions. Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer feedback to ensure smooth operations. Work on catalog uploads, keyword optimization, and listing improvements to boost visibility. Execute promotional campaigns and analyze sales performance to achieve targets. Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends. Handle order processing, stock coordination, and vendor communication with marketplaces. Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports for management review. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Prior experience or internship in E-commerce operations preferred.
