Key Responsibilities: Generate accurate invoices for freight, transportation, warehousing, and other logistics services. Validate billing data against contracts, delivery notes, and service reports. Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and follow-up on billing issues. Maintain and update billing records in ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle). Handle customer queries related to billing and provide necessary clarifications. Prepare and share billing reports with internal stakeholders. Assist in reconciling accounts receivable and outstanding invoices. Support audits by providing required billing documents and reports.
