Summary: We are looking for an experienced US Account Executive to manage international client accounts, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, budgeting, and reporting using QuickBooks, Xero, and Bill.com. The role also includes reviewing junior team members’ work and ensuring accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review daily transactions and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements and budgets. Analyze budget vs. actual performance. Process vendor invoices and maintain chart of accounts. Communicate with clients and support junior staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance. 2–4 years of accounting experience. Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero (Bill.com preferred). Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills. Attention to detail and team management ability.
