Key Responsibilities: Handle after-sales service requests related to solar inverters (troubleshooting, warranty claims, AMC, spares, etc.). Coordinate with service engineers, OEMs, and customers for timely issue resolution. Maintain detailed records of service calls, warranty claims, and spare parts consumption . Provide technical support (remote & onsite) to clients and assist in diagnostics. Prepare commercial offers for AMC contracts, spare parts, and service packages. Follow up with customers for payments, renewals, and service agreements . Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and professional handling of queries. Collaborate with the sales team for upselling spare parts, extended warranties, and upgrades . Track and analyze service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer feedback) .
