Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, resolve IT issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system support, troubleshooting, and hardware/software maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Provide end-user support and resolve technical queries promptly. Ensure system security and perform regular updates. Coordinate with IT teams for escalations and system upgrades. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
