Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee hospital/clinic billing, patient revenue recognition, and reconciliation with insurance claims. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare industry financial policies. Handle vendor management, payment processing, and expense monitoring. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management review. Support payroll processing and related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.). Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
