Role Description: · This is a full-time on-site role for Export/Import senior Account. · As an Export/Import senior Account, you will be responsible for managing below tasks. Tasks: · Proficiency in Tally (Entry of bank statement, sales, purchase e.t.c.) · Creation of Export Invoices and Packing List. · Filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B · Creation and submission of TDS challan · Knowledge of ITR (individual and corporate) · Knowledge of Exports and Customs clearance documents. · Proper understanding of Invoice, packing list, HAWB, MAWB and shipment flow. · Coordinate with bank for inward remittance and issuance of BRC. · Knowledge of E-way bill. · Maintain creditor and debtor’s ledger and outstanding. · Timely Submission of export document to bank. · Preparation of debtors outstanding and alerting them for payment.
