Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, offers, and new arrivals. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products . Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain an updated customer database and record call details in CRM systems. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer responses. Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate product information.
