Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Optimising route of RSP to ensure regular SUBD visits SUBD classification based on value sales and weight the frequency of visits Identifying and finalizing the prospects for RSP, SUBD Ensuring backup creation for the existing SS SDE needs to have a funnel of backup Salesman/Distributor created which needs to be refreshed on a periodical basis. Tracking absenteeism and keeping a close watch on the man-days to ensure consistency in productivity To check and monitor the RSP's as per the infrastructure budgets Responsible to keep the FF attrition in check SS infrastructure review SS delivery performance review SS app usage review Reduction of time to settle manual & damage claims of SS
