Conduct direct meetings and deliver engaging property presentations. Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to showcase properties. Build strong client relationships by understanding their requirements. Engage in effective negotiation and successfully close property deals. Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred) or strong background in direct sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
