Job description: To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and support the finance team in delivering timely reports and insights. Key Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and employee reimbursements. Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, etc.) Prepare bank reconciliation statements and manage cash flow. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Generate MIS reports for management as required. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. 2–5 years of experience in Accounts / Finance (for mid-level roles)
