Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions related to warehouse operations, shipping, and logistics. Prepare and process vendor bills, freight invoices, and customer receipts. Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation. Assist in preparing and verifying transport bills, delivery challans, and gate entry records. Handle petty cash and maintain expense records for warehouse operations. Support monthly closing activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliations. Track and record fuel expenses, driver advances, and reimbursements. Prepare reports on logistics costs, warehouse overheads, and profitability summaries. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to verify billing and documentation accuracy.
