Position :- HR Operation Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the leadership team to design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures tailored for Emgage and our clients, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR policy development, implementation, and compliance, while addressing their specific needs and challenges.
