The role involves identifying potential partners, explaining our franchise model, and converting leads into successful franchise tie-ups. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential franchise partners. Present the business model, ROI, and support system effectively. Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations till closure. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners. Achieve monthly franchise sales targets. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education sector preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
