Role description As the Director / Associate Director- Accounts & Finance at GreyOrange you will be responsible for Global Taxation- both Direct & Indirect, Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) & Technical Accounting matters. This role will also require interaction and dialogue with relevant other department stakeholder to complete their task smoothly. You should have the ability to quickly and accurately supply the information demanded related to accounts. Responsibilities Ensure timely direct and indirect tax compliance for global GreyOrange group entities (USA, India, Singapore, Germany, etc.) Support the team in planning and implementing tax efficient policies / transactions Candidate shall be responsible for managing Revenue recognition (ASC606) and Technical Accounting transactions Preparation of management information statements/ reports with variance analyses Responsible for preparing necessary financial statement schedules and footnotes for the closure of Group and Subsidiaries Statu
