Job description: Communicate with customers to take orders, answer queries, and share updates. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing of orders. Liaise with the quality/rejection team for product inspection and issue resolution. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices (PI), and order sheets in Excel. Track orders from booking to dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery. Maintain order records, stock updates, and customer databases. Follow up internally on delays, rejections, or customer complaints. Share dispatch details and confirmations with customers. Support management with MIS reports and order status updates. Requirements Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain (preferred). 1-2 years of experience preferred in order processing, customer coordination, or sales support (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
