Role: Business Development Executive Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad Pune Key Responsibilities ⦁ Generate new business leads through online platforms including LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking. ⦁ Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT services. ⦁ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth. ⦁ Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. ⦁ Work closely with the marketing team for social media engagement, lead nurturing, and brand visibility. ⦁ Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts. ⦁ Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track lead conversion performance. ⦁ Participate in client meetings and conduct requirement gathering discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications ⦁ 2–3 years of experience in IT sales/business development. ⦁ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation & other platforms. ⦁ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skill
