Role: Business Development Executive Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad Pune Key Responsibilities ⦠Generate new business leads through online platforms including LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking. ⦠Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT services. ⦠Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth. ⦠Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. ⦠Work closely with the marketing team for social media engagement, lead nurturing, and brand visibility. ⦠Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts. ⦠Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track lead conversion performance. ⦠Participate in client meetings and conduct requirement gathering discussions.
