About the job Job Requirements Job Title – Regional Head - Manager Credit – Secured Loans - Delhi NCR & HR Region Business Unit – Retail Banking Function – Credit The role bearer has the responsibility to manage a team of 15 to 20 credit analysts. The role bearer will be in direct contact with the consumers in order to establish their credit, worthiness, ensuring completion of verifications and adhering to the guidelines set as per the company credit policy. The candidate has to do loan underwriting for secured vertical for various bank and NBFC's. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring smooth regional functioning by meeting productivity norms, Turn Around Time (TAT), and Approval Ratio as defined by the respective Bank/NBFC. * Underwriting/reviewing Credit Proposals, including Review/Renewals, ensuring adherence to standard processes, TAT, and decision consistency. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date MIS reports, inspecting and monitoring portfolios to ensure a healthy portfolio.
