Job description: WE ARE HIRING FOR THE ROLE : ACCOUNTS WITH ( ZOHO BOOKS ) MANDATORY : EXPERIENCED IN ZOHO BOOKS LOCATION : KOVILAMBAKKAM Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments). Maintain general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). Prepare bank reconciliation statements. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.). Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and bills. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors/customers. Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis.
