Job description: Handle accounting and bookkeeping related to share trading transactions (equity, derivatives, mutual funds, etc.). Record and reconcile daily trade statements , brokerage invoices , and ledger balances . Prepare and maintain P&L statements , capital gain reports , and investment summaries . Coordinate with brokers, depository participants (DPs), and banks for transaction settlements. Track dividend income, interest income, and corporate actions (bonus, splits, etc.). Manage compliance with taxation requirements related to securities transactions (STT, GST, TDS, etc.). Support auditors during financial and statutory audits. Maintain accurate and timely accounting entries in Tally or other ERP software. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred). 3–4 years of experience in share market accounting / investment accounting .
