About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive who has a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and can also manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling invoicing, GST returns, coordination with the CA, and managing internal office administration such as attendance, payroll, and vendor coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance Prepare and maintain daily invoices and expense records. Handle accounts receivable and payable entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books). Prepare monthly GST data and assist in filing returns with the Chartered Accountant. Maintain records for TDS, vendor payments, reimbursements, and petty cash. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reconciling bank accounts.
