The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, export–import documentation, and day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Maintain books of accounts (Tally or similar software). Prepare and manage invoices, bills of exchange, and payment records. Manage export and import documentation , including shipping bills, packing lists, invoices, and LC documents. Coordinate with banks, customs, and logistics teams for export–import compliance. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
