Customer Service / Sales Executive – Tech CS Process Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls/chat/email. Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions. Drive sales through consultative conversations and upselling/cross-selling where applicable. Meet performance targets (CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, etc.). Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs. Graduation is mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred.
