Team: Management Overall Role Objective : Lead and supervise a team of junior accountants and accounting assistants. Assign tasks and ensure the team is meeting deadlines and quality standards. Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the accounting team. Key Accountabilities :- Financial Record Keeping: Oversee the accurate recording of financial transactions in the general ledger. Ensure all transactions, such as contract payments, client invoices, and operational expenses, are recorded accurately. Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Manage accounts receivable, including client invoicing, payment collection, and follow-up on overdue accounts. Handle client queries related to billing and payments. Preparation of Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
