Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the full set of accounting functions, including general ledger accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Oversee import-related accounting such as LC entries, foreign currency transactions, landed cost calculations, and vendor payments. Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory filings; ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Reconcile inter-company, supplier, and customer accounts on a regular basis. Monitor inventory movements and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams for accurate valuation and stock audit. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
