Role Overview: The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in financial planning and audits. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements and supports the finance team in smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable. Maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities. Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements. Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Support internal and external audit requirements. Monitor petty cash and expense management.
