Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team at Xn Innovation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales. Present and explain Xn Innovation’s services to prospective clients. Answer client questions and provide detailed information about our offerings. Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs. Maintain a database of potential clients and update it regularly. Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle objections and close sales effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client preferences. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the IT or recruitment industry. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Familiarity with market research and lead generation.
