Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team at Xn Innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management. This role involves overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals. Administer employee benefits programs and handle payroll processing. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Conduct employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary. Participate in HR strategy development and continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software. Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies. Experience in a tech or consulting industry.
